Tropical Pineapple Green Smoothie
Ingredients
2 cups spinach

2 cups spinach
12 ounces coconut water
1 orange, peeled
2 cups cucumber
2-3 cups pineapple
juice of 1/2 lemon
Method
Blend spinach, coconut water, and orange together until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Serve over ice if your fruits aren't frozen.
Kiwi Strawberry Smoothie
Ingredients
1 orange, peeled
2 cups cucumber
2-3 cups pineapple
juice of 1/2 lemon
Method
Blend spinach, coconut water, and orange together until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth.
Serve over ice if your fruits aren't frozen.

Ingredients
1 cup water or juice of your choice
1 ripe banana
2 kiwis, peeled
10 strawberries
1/2 cup plain yogurt
honey to taste [i used 1 tbsp]
2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Method

Blend water, banana, kiwis, and strawberries until smooth
Add pumpkin seeds and blend well
Add honey and yogurt mix and blend well.

2 cups spinach or 1 scoop greens powder
